What We Offer
From the moment you arrive at Casa Andrea you will instantly relax to the sound of surf. Upstairs is recently renovated (2021). There is plenty of safe parking behind our gate. We do recommend locking cars and doors when you leave the property

Kitchen is fully equipped
Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, Stove/Oven, Blender and Kettle. Refrigerator upstairs has an ice maker. Some basic spices are provided and the upstairs unit has a Reverse Omosis unit that provides drinkable water. Dining table will seat 8.
Other ammenities
There for your use are beach chairs, an umbrella and a small cooler. The bathrooms are equipped with Shampoo/Conditioner, toilet paper, hand soap. Kitchen has dish soap and paper towels.
Casa Andrea is an Off Grid Property
Power is completely Solar and water is trucked in so we ask that you be comfortable but not wasteful. At night you will be drawing completely from batteries. Please turn off fans, lights and any other electrical items when not in use.
